Work

A lot of people have been asking me how my new job is going. Well, it's brutal lol. I am on my feet all day, there is just one swamp cooler for the entire 8000 sq ft building, and I sweat my 'A' off (or at least it would be good if that's what happened). I'm hoping I get used to it soon because I have fallen asleep on the couch every day after work so far. And, my eating habits suck. I can't muster the energy to cook dinner, so we've been eating out every night. My feet, knees, and back hurt. And I have a headache every night. I'm exhausted. But, I am confident that I will get used to it. It's only been three days. I'm sure after a couple of weeks it will be better.

Hi Shelly, sorry to hear that work has been tough. Wanted to encourage you with eating habits and all, it can be so hard but I am always trying to improve myself. I watched this very inspiring documentary called Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead (it's available on NetFlix if you get them) and it was about the journey of these two very over weight guys that not only wanted to loose weight but change their eating habits and be healthy. Basically they did a fresh vegetable and juice fast and wow! Really amazing the results. One lady also took the challenge to get rid of chronic migraines and it worked! I am waiting for the juicer I ordered to arrive and I am going to try it for myself. i deal with Fibromyaliga, so i am in some sort of constant pain all the time. I am very excited and hopeful it will help, and I can rest knowing for sure it won't hurt! Hugs to you!!

I know it has to be tough being on your feet all day! Think winter thoughts, tho', because it'll be plenty cold soon enough. Maybe God's just testing your joy at being employed again!? Hugs, my friend, and you're definitely in my prayers each day.
